Last updated: 26 October 2026

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Alessio Bussolari · Via del Prete 121, 47841 Cattolica (RN) · VAT no. 02037590383.

Contact: [email protected].

2. The service

proxanything is an API gateway. With one key you reach TikTok data through TikWM, and AI inference, embeddings and speech-to-text on RunPod.

The service is for businesses and professionals only. It is not offered to consumers.

Fees and payment terms, if any, are agreed separately in writing.

3. API keys

4. Acceptable use

5. Responses

Responses are passed through unchanged from the upstream service. We do not check them.

We do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or fit for your purpose. AI output can be wrong. Check it before you rely on it.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". It can stop for maintenance, upgrades or failures of the upstream providers.

There is no service level agreement unless we agree one in writing.

7. Liability

Within the limits of the law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data, or failures of upstream providers.

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (Art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code), or any other liability the law does not allow to limit.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke a key without notice if it breaks these terms, puts the service at risk, or if an upstream provider requires it. We will tell you why when we can.

Either party may end the service at any time with written notice.

9. Data protection

See our Privacy Policy. For personal data inside your requests, you are the controller and we act as your processor.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. We will tell customers by email at least 15 days before an important change takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.

11. Law and court

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Rimini has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
